	Dear Anne, Your lamb cake was the hit of our Easter gathering! When we were very little kids, my mom used to make us a lamb cake and we hadn't had one for probably 40-45 years! So when my brothers came in the door and I had it sitting as a centerpiece on our table, they cried, "A lamb cake! A lamb cake! Jan's got a lamb cake!" I wish you could have seen them.
